Negotiate more freedom at work with your employer. Most of the time, it is in the employer's interest as well: you are more creative when you have more freedom, there is more trust around, you work more focused, etc.

The Internet now allows a lot more jobs with geographical freedom. Offices are a nice thing of the past. You can meet your clients, suppliers, colleagues in cafés, in the park, or, in worst case in rented meeting rooms. Then work from home.
