The Rules of Health

Healfi has so far identified 12 Laws of Nature for Health:

  1. Have a Goal in Life
  2. The Golden Rule
  3. Take Responsibility
  4. Be Honest With Yourself
  5. Be Thankful
  6. Help Others
  7. Positive Thinking
  8. Have Fun!
  9. Be Social
  10. Always Continue Learning
  11. Respect the Environment
  12. Listen to Your Body

Health is very easy:
A) You follow these rules: you feel well.
B) You don't follow these rules: you don't feel well.

Some of these rules are easy to follow, some require initial effort to change to better habits and some require you to work on your character.

You can compare these rules to the Law of Gravity. The only difference is that Gravity has immediate consequences, which is why most people respect Gravity.

So every time people have health issues, they have most probably ignored at least one of these rules.
