Don't fear change, embrace it.
~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
The survival of the fittest lie not in their inherent strength, but in their ability to embrace change.

Healfi's aim is to:
Studies have shown that you need 3 to 4 weeks of constantly applying a new habit because the new habit (or anything you learn) needs to pass the critical factor to get through to your subconscious mind. And this only works by repetition (or by shock, but that can be really painful and dangerous).
Children don't have this critical factor, which is why they learn so much faster.
A classical scenario of change looks like this: you start your new habit, everything goes fine for a while, then you hit the BRICK WALL. Here you have two options:
Most people give up which is understandable, because the feeling you get is that your goal seems totally impossible to reach unless you have supernatural willpower.
People who are giving up are then turning to some kind of distracting factors (read addictions) like drugs, overworking, drinking, making a lot of money, sex, shopping, overeating, etc. With obvious health consequences.
Now, once you are aware of this brick wall, you can just laugh about it, because you knew it would come in your way. Just the fact of laughing at it, will make the brick wall loose its power and it will be easier to break through the wall. This is why optimistic people with humor who do not take life too seriously, seem to struggle less in life.
First of all, we believe that the knowledge on this website and in many of the recommended books will help you to cope with change better.
Life will also be much easier once you will be meditating regularly. This is a new habit to adopt as well where you will have to argue with a wall before it starts showing great results.
There are also a few interesting websites that are focused on helping you to change:
Good luck and never never never give up!!!
