Lesson 20: Your Contribution To A Better World


Just by going through healfi.com and this e-course and deciding that you do not want to let your health and your life to fate or to somebody else, you have done a tremendous contribution to a better world. Thank you!

Change starts within each one of us and if you make a positive change on yourself, you do something good for society as well.

Now, if you wish to contribute even more, we have listed plenty of things that you can do:


  • help others stay healthy

  • start a "Healfi Group" in your city. Write to us if interested.

  • ask your health insurance for lower premiums or cash back if you stay healthy for a certain amount of time (this already exists in Germany)

  • ask for tax reductions if you stay healthy

  • plant trees

  • 50 Ways To Help the environment

  • make your home as self-sustaining as possible (read the newsletters on www.ringingcedarsofrussia.org)

  • install the Water4Gas system in your car (www.water4gas.com), or any similar system to save fuel

  • hug your family members more often

  • buy only organic food (or grow your own!)

  • exercise more

  • turn off your television more often, turn on your partner instead ;-)

  • go on a media diet

  • learn something new

  • clear your clutter at home and help friends clear their clutter

  • improve your social life

  • take a sabbatical year

  • get a new job that you really enjoy

  • help your friends and family

  • build noiseless rooms for people to read, think, meditate...

  • do a home exchange instead of living in an expensive soulless hotel during your next vacation (www.homeexchange.com)

  • invite travellers from around the world to stay at your place (www.couchsurfing.org, www.hospitalityclub.org)

What could an amazing world look like?
