Lesson 9: The Healfi Solution: 3. Tools & Resources




To support and guide you on your road to health, Healfi currently suggests 3 main tools:


  • The "Buffet" (healfi.com) - the extensive healfi.com website is like a big buffet with various things you can do to improve your health: just pick and choose the "Healfi Cards" that appeal most to you!
  • The "Cockpit" (your health journal/blog) -this is the area where you constantly monitor your health and write down your ideas and dreams for a healthy and happy life. We are planning various interactive tools to help you monitor your health even better. We will only launch something if we feel that it can make a tremendous difference to the way you handle your health. All suggestions for possible interactive tools are very welcome.
  • The "User's Manual" (this e-course) - this Learn To Stay Healthy e-course focuses on drilling your mindset for health.

But this is just the beginning. Healfi is appealing to various artists to:

  • write books
  • sing songs
  • make movies
  • take photographs
  • paint
  • build games
  • ...

Below we just want to guide you through how you can use healfi.com:


Step 1:

First, write down your goal: WHY do you want to go through healfi.com? Is it to find the real underlying cause of a chronic pain or current sickness? Or do you want to use it as a preventive tool to see how you can improve your health even more? Or do you want to get rid of an addiction or an unhealthy habit?


Step 2:

Once you have identified why you want to go through healfi.com, start with the overview of the main 12 areas that influence on your health. Rate your own satisfaction for each area on a scale of 1 to 10.


Step 3:

Now, dig into the one area where you have rated yourself the lowest. Yes, your ego is going to tell you: "Don't listen to this, go to the area where you are already good, so that you will forget about the other areas." Who is the boss? Let us say that you have rated "Mindset" the lowest: you tend to be negative and feel kind of lost in life right now. Don't worry, we have plenty of ideas for you!


Step 4:

Go through the mindset "buffet" and choose 3 things that could eventually appeal to you. For example Affirmations, Looking Forward and Intuition.


Step 5:

Now, and this is very important, what baby-steps can you take in the coming week? The thing is that you need to "win" as many mini-battles as possible against your sweetest enemy (see lesson 17). Maybe you could write down 5 positive affirmations that you repeat a few times a day? Maybe you could book a simple get-away week-end with your partner to break routine? Maybe you could buy a book on intuition?


Step 6:

Finally, list all your small "victories" against your ego in your journal/blog and constantly think through your battle plan (see lesson 17) in accordance with the goal you stated in point 1 above.
