Lesson 8: The Healfi Solution: 2. Health Goals

Now that you know where you stand and have got a glimpse of all the factors that influence on your health, you can write down your specific health goals.

This is a very personal creative process, there is no right or wrong way to do it, you just need to make sure that the goals you set yourself give you your own right balance.

To guide you, we suggest that you use the 12 Healfi points to structure your specific health goals, but feel free to structure it in another way if you prefer.

To inspire you, we have written down some questions for every chapter. Of course, some goals will be easy to track and measure (like walking 30 minutes a day), and some other goals will be more long-term and trickier to measure.
