The Healfi Solution consists of 3 main parts as shown in the diagram above. Note that this is just one way of proceeding to come up with your own solutions. For example, you might want to combine this with the "battle plan" described in lesson 17.

Even if you have already done the "Measure Your Health" questionnaire, please do it again! It is the first step to strip Mr. Ego bare!
It is very interesting to analyse the statistics from this questionnaire: the results are astoundingly good! Well, dear friends, your beautiful vermin is at work again: we all have a tendency to overrate ourselves. Second the statistics are screwed up because most people who have big ego issues will not go through the questionnaire at all. They will shun health-related topics like Dracula fears daylight and garlic. We now need to find ways to trick these people's egos, they need this knowledge the most!
The score you get gives you a rough idea of your current state of health. But fare more important than the score is that you reflect upon the questions.
Many people who have done the questionnaire expect to have some follow-up where we tell them do this or do that...
Here is actually the essence of this course: to teach you how to come up with your OWN answers (see Lesson 5), not having somebody deliver them to you on a silver plate.
The thing is that there is not "one solution fits all". We all have different preferences in life and the only person who knows what is best for you, is YOU.
Let's say you have severe back pain. Most people today will jump around to various "specialists", one will tell you to operate, one will tell you to take painkillers, one will tell you to go swimming and one will tell you about his nephew's dog... Hardly any one of them will tell you to look for the real underlying causes of the back pain, and even less will teach you to think by yourself and try and find your own solutions.
The only thing that we recommend is that you try and strive for some kind of common-sense based balance in life. What this balance exactly looks like will be very different from one person to the next. So, listen to advice, but make sure that you take your own decisions, try things out, and, like an entrepreneur, adapt along the way as needed.

This is your diagnosis. Now you know where you stand, and just by answering the questions from the questionnaire and going through the health protocol, you have many clues as to what needs to be done!
