Like sex is mostly in the brain, the same is true for health. A healthy attitude and mindset is the most important thing for your good health. Unfortunately, most of us have some degree of limiting beliefs that prevent us from staying really healthy. So where do these limiting beliefs come from? Brainwash.
We have all, to some degree, been brainwashed to think things that keep us unhealthy.
Why this brainwash?
Religion & politics: because they want to control people.
Many corporations (processed foods, pharma, etc.): because they want as much as possible of your money.
Medical institutions: because they make more profit if you are sick than if you are healthy.
Unfortunately, many good-willed people work for these institutions believing that they do good because they lack the knowledge of how health really works. But now, thanks to the Internet, the public can get an unbiased view of health.
You need to understand that the abovementioned institutions will continue to keep you unhealthy as long as you accept to play by their rules.
Here are a few beliefs that could be worth thinking about and take your own conclusions:
Ponder it for a while...
Of course, we all have free will. These are Healfi's beliefs. If you want to believe that sickness is inevitable, that you need esthetical surgery, or that there are magical pills, it is up to you.
At the end of the day, you are the only one responsible for your health. It is not your doctor, your employer, your politicians, your wife, your advertiser or your dog.
So please do not believe and follow blindly anything you hear or read (yes, even this course!). Only you can know what is best for you and the advice from "experts" or "specialists" can be good for some people, but not necessarily for you.
The rewards of abundant health are really worth the effort. It starts with healthy beliefs and more and more tools are now available to guide you on your way to your biggest luxury, your health.
Thank You!
