Sleep enough and if possible with an open window to get fresh air; what regards the amount of sleep... Listen to your body! Research has not been able to establish any perfect rules for the quantity and quality of sleep yet.
Take power naps whenever you feel tired. Those who have already tried a power nap when they were tired know how powerful even less than 10 minutes sleep (rest) can be. Power naps should not be more than 40 minutes, otherwise you will feel dizzy afterwards.
